Summer Sun Outfit Post

So last weekend I popped down to West End (Oxford Street) for a spot of shopping since the crowd were less thanks to the Olympics. Was soo happy for the sun but oh my goodness the heat was a killer!! I was literally ducking into shops just to cool down (thank God for air con).

I'm was so happy I got to wear my pastel coloured flatforms for the first time yay..

 

On my shopping trail I stopped by Primark to see what goodies they had on offer. Lo and behold I spotted the other 2 colours for the Zara inspired sandals. I already got the nude & red pair and at £12 a pop I thought I'd get the other 2 as well.

 

I'm so glad I got them because Maegan (Love Maegan) posted a Brian Atwood Flower Sandal DIY on her blog which I totally love! The fact that I can add different attachments to the sandals and change them into something completely different makes these sandals great value for money :-)

Glad I shopped last weekend because its been raining this weekend and I hate shopping in the rain..

So autumn is peeking around the corner so its time to plan the autumn/winter wardrobe. I know I'm definately gravitating towards leather & studs mixed with feminine pieces.

 

Footwear wise definately carrying over my love of wedges (just ordered a pair of leather ankle wedge boots from ebay) and hi-tops will also be a permanent feature this A/W.

 

I have noticed alot of last years A/W trends are repeating again this year so I can update my pieces last year and it means I can spend my money on new pieces that catch my eye :-)

Professor Green x Puma Apparel Launch

Last night I went to the launch of Professor Green's Honey Badger apparel capsule collection with Puma.

Was definately a fun night out..the drinks were assortment of yummy cocktails, food was a gourment burger (so delicious!) served in a burger van, the fashion show cool t-shirts & jackets modeled by some cute models ;-)

 

 

 

I also got to take a quick pic with the man of the hour Professor Green himself who is such a nice guy

I was trying to get a pic with his lovely girlfriend Millie Mackintosh (from Made in Chelsea fame) but she was soo crowded I didn't get a chance to :-(
